Privacy policy
Accel Technologies LLC ("we", "us") operates accel-technologies.com. This page explains what we collect when you visit the site or use the contact form, where that information goes, and how to reach us about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Contact form. If you submit the form, we receive what you type: name, company, email address, phone number and your message. Submitting the form is the only way the site collects information that identifies you.
Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It is cookieless and does not store your IP address or build a profile of you; it records aggregate page views, referrers, and coarse device and location categories.
Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (request path, timestamp, IP address, user agent) for a limited period to operate and secure the service.
We do not set cookies, run advertising trackers, or sell or share personal information for advertising.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, if we go on to work together, to set up that engagement. Analytics are used to understand how the site is used. Nothing else.
Where it goes
- Freshdesk (Freshworks Inc.): each form submission creates a ticket in our support desk so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
- ntfy: a short notification containing your name, email, phone and the start of your message is pushed to our team so we see new inquiries promptly.
- Vercel: hosts the site, runs the form handler, and provides the analytics described above.
These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. We do not pass your information to anyone else unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Support tickets are kept for as long as they are useful for the relationship, and we delete them on request. Push notifications are transient and expire on their own. Analytics are aggregate and not tied to you.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete anything you submitted through the form. Email support@accel-technologies.com and we will take care of it. If you would rather not use the form at all, that same address reaches us directly.
Changes
If we change what we collect or where it goes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
